Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Within the UAE

We offer reliable shipping across all emirates of the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery Time:

2-3 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Shipping Fees:

  • Free shipping on all orders over AED 200.
  • AED 15 flat delivery fee for orders under AED 200.

2. Shipping to GCC Countries

We ship to all Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.

Delivery Time:

5-7 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Shipping Fees:

Calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Flat rate of AED 30 for orders under AED 300; free shipping for orders over AED 300.

3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries outside the GCC. Shipping rates are weight-based and calculated at checkout. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Time:

International orders typically arrive within 10-15 working days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

4. Third-Party Supplier Fulfillment

BallerShirt operates as a marketplace facilitator. All products listed on our website are sourced from and fulfilled by independent third-party supplier partners. We do not manufacture, warehouse, or physically handle the products.

  • Product quality, materials, and construction are the responsibility of our supplier partners.
  • Delivery timelines and shipping performance are managed by the supplier partner and may vary based on their location and logistics capacity.
  • Stock availability is determined by the supplier partner and may change without prior notice.
  • Returns and exchanges are subject to the supplier partner's policies — see our Returns & Refunds page.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for orders within the UAE. COD orders are subject to a AED 5 handling fee. Payment must be made in exact amount in AED upon delivery. We reserve the right to limit COD availability based on order value or location.

6. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons (major tournaments, holidays), processing may take up to 2 business days.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order directly on our Track Order page.

8. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@ballershirt.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, customs clearance delays, or force majeure events.
