Shipping Policy
We deliver to all cities in the United Arab Emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery charges: AED 15 for orders under AED 200. Free for orders AED 200+.
Return Policy
You can return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
